Jacob Kaplan contributes research, writing, and editing. He comes up with more ideas for features than we know what to do with, has a knack for digging up obscure information, and does most of the driving. Jacob’s broad range of interests are often focused on industry, architecture, and urban history. He attends Northeastern Illinois University and lives in Rogers Park.

Serhii Chrucky does a variety of things, including but not limited to: photography, design, development, layout, editing, and writing. He is especially interested in auto-related architecture, vernacular photography, and the built environment in film. When not working on this site, he attends the University of Illinois at Chicago, studying photography and architectural history. He lives in Little Italy.

Corinnè Aquino writes and researches for the site. Adept at spotting minutiae during our weekly drives, she is drawn to public housing, and is far more interested in sociology and cultural anthropology than the rest of the team. Currently, she is finishing an Associate’s degree at Harold Washington College in various subjects loosely related to this site. She lives in Uptown.
