How do I include a picture into a post?

I want to post a few cool old pix I have but cant figure how to have them show in a post. This is a great site!!

The pics have to be hosted somewhere, like Photobucket or Flickr. Then you click on the "insert image URL" and paste in the link to the photo.

Concerning Photobucket or Flickr, is either one of them MORE user friendly than the other or are they both about the same? Ive used Flickr but, for me, it is a bit time consuming to really operate also it can be technically ambiguous (for me that is)

I pulled this post up from a few years ago, good info, to share. Now I can show the W.W. 2 wooden sign ,my uncle passed down to me. I will have my son download the pic. Happy New Year Chicago

Boy that brings back memories, my dad had a 72 just like that but it was yellow. I wish I could have kept that car.
