Rustymuscle has the phone book, I'm just good at finding things.
Isana was at 1616 N Vine.
They didn't make paper, they made beauty equipment.
The fire was in Feb 1948.
Then they moved to 1515 Freemont. They had another fire in '52

Looking for a reverse directory or someone who can scan some pages from 1950 or so. Interested in the 4200 & 4300 blocks of Pittsburgh, Plainfield & Pontiac as well as the 7700-7900 blocks of Pensacola, Cullom, Robinson, Hutchinson & Berteau. These streets encompass the Thatcher Homes Veterans Village .. a temporary housing for returning WW2 vets. We have a FB group for former residents... Thatcher Homes of Norwood Township, IL - temporary veterans housing. Check us out and if you know anyone who lived there or in a Quonset hut please let us know.
