Didn't know there was a second one. The only one I knew of was at Washington and about West End, built by West Side developer Louis Guyon.

Guyon's hotel is still on Washington and Pulaski ...solid building but vacant.

[b]The Paradise Ball Room was on the 5100 block of south Damen on the east side of the street. In my time it was called "The Bucket of Blood" because of all the fights that broke out between different gangs. That was in the 40's and 50's .[/b]
