Does anyone know who were the architects of the Golf Mill Professional Building (otherwise known as the "golf ball") at Golf Mill Shopping Center in Niles?

For some reason the name Perkins and Will comes to mind but I don't think it was them, just the high rise complex to the west on Golf Road.

No, Perkins & Will would never have done anything like that.
Designed by Belli & Belli, 1963. Belli is known for a number of spectacular Catholic churches of that era, and St. Joseph Hospital.
