A new deli has opened on the Meyer property on Lincoln Avenue ... It is a completely new two-story building that operates as an outpost of the Polish deli Gene's Sausage Shop near Belmont & Central. The old Meyer sign hangs at the top of the interior staircase to the second floor. In the spring, they are supposed to begin serving food on their outdoor third-floor deck.

Not quite the same as Meyer -- looks sort of like a mini-Whole Foods (including a very small produce section) plus a lot of German and Polish ethnic items.
