Forty-five years ago Chuck Olin and Joel Katz went to Garfield Ridge and filmed interviews from the "silent majority". A couple of years ago the Chicago Film Archives found a copy and restored it; all these years later it seems little has changed.
To me the film stands as a commentary on the real people that make Chicago and the country work.
