A few times a month I end up drving down California and always at the intersection of 31st, I ponder at the caboose that is in an empty lot there. It's just a standard red caboose, but not very damaged as it's behind a fence. Does anyone know the history behind it? Why is it there? For how long? Who held the rights to it?
