I was 15 years old when I worked @ the Niesner's in the 1200 block of south Halsted. There was a man and his wife who had the best chicken around. His name was Eli and his wife was Bula. Hope that helps.

I worked at a Neisner's on the 1200 Block of Halsted St. in the mid 60's. i knew a couple that made rhe chicken Thier names were Eli and his wife Bula if this helps the person looking for that info.
