The Newberry Library also has a huge collection of Chicago phone books. You can get a free research card - the staff is very friendly and helpful - it appears that they have the White Pages from those years: http://www.newberry.org/sites/default/files/textpage-attachments/City%20Directories.pdf

Are you referring to bridge structures from the former 23rd Street bridge, which used to take cars to the original (East) building until it was closed to traffic with the 1996 South Building addition? Thanks for any help you are able to provide: • Tijuana Taco was announced as having locations at 320 St. Charles Road in Villa Park; Halsted & 112th Street in Chicago, 156th and Dixie Highway in Harvey, and Ogden and Western near Downers Grove.
