I'm pretty sure the Dearborn Wholesale is abandoned as well. The SE entrance/overhang area is home to a homeless man who's there every time I drive past. You can even see him on Google Street View.

I walk past the brick church on the NW corner every so often. It looked abandoned for a while, but it reopened recently. I'm guessing it's a new congregation that moved in and made some renovations.
