I think the name Pueblo came from a stretch in a suburb like Harwood Heights, and Cumberland was always the default. 3350-4900 N were Pueblo. And I think it's still a valid name because it shows on Google Maps.

The theater should be McVickers because you can see Wieboldt in the background, so it has to be on Madison. The observation platform, I would guess the Field Museum.

Use the Chicago Tribune Historical Edition, available online through many libraries. It was located at 5701 Wood. It was a building started as an apartment building around 1925, but never finished. It opened in 1932. It changed to Central Community Hospital in 1958, and closed in 1990. The building still stands.
