Does anyone know if the strech of ranch style homes on Kilbourn just south of Foster had anything to do with the military housing development?

@b.a.hoarder My parents used to work at Alferno's in the early 80's. My mom was a waitress and my dad was one of the pizza cooks. I guess the place was owned my the mobbed. It burned down. Probably in an attempt to collect the insurance.
