The Snuggery will soon re-open "by popular demand" in the bank building just west of Moretti's.

Edison Park is like an island of the city near Niles and Park Ridge. But it has been part of Chicago longer than many of the other fringe neighborhoods.

But what was in it's place before The Snuggery?. A gas station?. A car dealership?.

What do you mean by that?

Edison Park from what I understand is one of a few that were annexed into the city durring the 20th Century.

Before Snuggery it was Sportsman's Inn. It was a bar frequented by locals.

Edison Park has been part of Chicago since 1910, annexed before Dunning and Oriole Park. See map in link for dates and areas.
