Has anyone ever heard of an archtiecture firm or company called GROTZ-WAEGELEIN CO. I think they may have had a catalog of homes or home plans. The time period seems to be about 1929 and 1930, but I don't know how far on either side of those dates they may extend.Found that my grandparents home in River GRove was one of theirs. Found one other in Chicago and another in Highland Park. Thanks.

According to the Chicago Historic Resources survey Grotz-Waegelain designed the house at 5834 W. Addison in the 1920s. Charles J. Grotz also designed some other houses in Logan Square.
