Does anyone out there remember a restaurant on Washington just west of State st. that had an area above the entry in which a young woman was swing on a swing?

I seem to remember this, it was on the south side of Randolph, next to or just close by the Treasure Chest Bookstore. Wasn't the restaurant called "Flo's:?
