That is the real Biograph Theatre on North Avenue, not a set.
Not sure if it is still set up.

Took a look at it yesterday, the businesses are still operating behind the facades. In some cases it looks like they simply built new display windows for the movie set and placed them in front of the current shops.

A friend of mine is an extra in this film. She says the time and effort spent on the details (buildings, streets, cars, wardrobe) is just incredible.

Actually, they're filming in the Aragon Ballroom today. I'd like to see how well they cleaned it up for the shoot!
