Hello folks,
Recently a customer came into the store I work at and told me about an old neighborhood hangout in the sixties called the Bistro-A-Go-Go at 7055 W Higgins (now the Great Frame Up). Previously it was the Ivy Lounge in the Fifties.
He said that someone was once shot outside and he rode his bike to see the bloodstain!

Does anyone else know about this place? It supposedly was owned by the mob.
I'd love any more information on this building and any of the surrounding area.

Thanks!!!

Go to http://www.ipsn.org/movies.html and scroll down about half way, look for Dickey DeAngelo. Info there on the shooting at the Bistro.

Hi - I worked at that shop for almost 16 years (1986-2002)...How is the 'old' man and the business? I am sure I have many stories about the store that would be amusing and interesting :-)
