This former police station at Pulaski and Sunnyside, once the home of the 34th District, is one of the better examples of interwar municipal architecture in Chicago.

One of the oldest former police stations in the city is located on Halsted Street in Lincoln Park. It dates to 1888 and once served as headquarters for the 40th Precinct.
