When the red street cars were replaced with the green hornets my Dads friend (Tom) was a driver and he gave me his metal trolly tag with his Number that was placed on the outside of the trolly. I still have it and a few of the transfers that were used back then. Good old days.

How about the table game basketball played with a small ping pong ball shot from a spring loaded hole that you would push when the ball was in the hole. It depended on how much force you pushed.

I would think anyone into old cars or the memories your car brought to you while growing up in the 50's 60's in Chicago sometime in your life span you would read through the Hemmings Motor Book. Talking about Old Popular Mechanics and Popular Science books I still have around 50 books from the early 40's - 60's. I'll look through them every so often. Brings back many memories of the good old days

I owned a hot dog vendor business with three mobile trucks at the time and my mechanic owned the Mark so it was in excellent condition. This is one of the many cars I should have kept...

It is funny that someone would mention wooden block alleys. The American Can Co. on 61st and Western had all wooden block floors throughout the plant especially the upper floors.

Both games had vibrators that would move the players down the field until the defensvie player would touch the player with the football. The baseball game would move the player to each base depending on how far the ball was hit and where.
