Grommes & Ullrich Fine Foods

I ran across a crock that was probably for butter or cheese that says "Grommes & Ullrich, fine foods" below a printed picture that includes a caption above it that says "Court House Square, Chicago, 1866"

I did a Google search and found some had been sold in the past and that there was a whiskey distributor in Chicago by that name. I also found an old book on google from the early 1900's that mentions one of the guys who may have started this business in 1860 (or maybe they started the whiskey distributor).

Anyone ever hear of this as being a food store instead of a whiskey distributor?
