Oldest Firehouse?

Your article at http://forgottenchicago.com/articles/disused-fire-stations-part-1-19th-century/ says that 1244 N. Wells is the oldest firehouse. But this Trib article at http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2011-02-07/news/ct-x-c-fire-house-art-center-20110202_1_firehouse-art-center-police-stations says that the station at 1123 W. Roosevelt was the oldest. So which is it??

The firehouse at 1123 W. Roosevelt does not look like a building that was "built two years after the Great Chicago Fire" like the article states. The building looks more like it could have been built between 1910-1925. Perhaps it got a new facade somewhere along the line?
