Silvestri factory or store location?

Hi all,
Sorry I double posted this on the regular forum...
I'm wondering if anyone knows where on the north side was the Silvestri factory, or factory outlet, or something along those lines. I remember being there in the early 80s, and I think it was near Diversey, but I'm not sure.

This article places it at 2716 N. Paulina (just South of Diversey).
