Bunker Hill Estate Architects

Does anyone know what the original architects were for the Bunker Hill Estate homes built in the 1960s. There are some very unique homes tucked into a tiny subdivision of about 150 houses off Caldwell, near Touhy. Thanks...

I keep seeing the firms of Samuelson & Sandquist and/or Samuelson & Acott. Not sure if they did single homes or the whole subdivision, though.

I believe the developer (Ernest Klode) sold only the lots, so there is not likely a single architect.
