Finding a renumbered address

I am trying to locate an address from 1888 at 1055-57 W. 19th St. I realize the system was renumbered in 1909. How far west would this put the above address from where it would be today? I am guessing about a half-mile given the info/map on the old addresses page. Am I on the right trail?
Thanks.

Thanks for viewing. I looked around online some more, and the following site at the Chicago History Museum has conversion tables for the old and new addresses. http://www.chicagohistory.org/documents/research/resources/1909NumberChanges.pdf
it has a separate table for downtown address. Along with other resources, both are listed at: http://chicagoancestors.org/#tab-tools
