There was a mention of Bananas Steakhouse. Back in the 50's there was one on 47th and Damen across from the Free Fair.

Someone mentioned Elliott's on Garfield Blvd. I grew up on Garfield Blvd only one block from Elliott's. I remember it well! Has any one mentioned Pappas at Garfield and Halsted?
