Route 66 filmed in Chicago on MeTV

The three episodes of "Route 66" filmed in Chicago will be airing starting next week.
"Man Out of Time" on October 3 at 2:00 am
"The Voice at the End of the Line" on October 6 at 2:00 am
"Lizards Leg and Owlets Wing" October 7 at 2 am
"Lizard's Leg" guest stars Boris Karloff, Peter Lorre & Lon Chaney Jr.
an interesting link-this was the last time Karloff donned his Frankenstein makeup:

Much of the shows take place at the old O'Hare Inn at Devon & Mannheim.

[b]The old 66 was Ogden avenue but sterted some where in the inner city. Saw it on channel 11.[/b]

Actually, the current "end" of Route 66 is right outside my office, well, within a block. Lots of tourists there taking photos. The CSO is proposing turning their corner lot (currently underused/utilized by Rhapsody/Tessori) into a Rte 66 Museum and "pocket park" parklet.

Route 66 started at Jackson and Michigan.
