Old Swedish Church at Fairfield and Cortland

Whoops! Put the wrong street names in my first post.

I'm curious if anyone knows the history...or has any info (ideally a photo!) of the old church (I believe it was a Swedish church) that once stood at Fairfield and Cortland (on that corner)? Years ago, they tried to sell it as a single family home, but that didn't work out, it was demolished and now a condo building stands in it's place. But I can't seem to dig up much info.

Thanks!
Brian

I did find it was listed as 1909 N. Fairfield, at least at some point called the Fairfield Avenue Baptist Church...if that helps.

Thanks for any input anyone is able to provide.

Thanks,
Brian

Found this photo - it looks to be from the 50s:
